First and foremost......this is a completely free service. Like free free.

 

I (Sean) have lived in Dallas (mostly uptown) for a while so I am extremely versed and already understand where you'll want to be, relative to what is important to you. ie Katy Trail access, proximity to restaurants and shops, or walking distance to offices. The main hot spots are gonnna be Knox- Henderson/State Thomas/and Victory Park. Depending on what you are looking for I will be able to help you land in an ideal situation and by ideal I mean in the areas and communities you want to be in, so you have fun things to do, as well as people to meet, and goals to accomplish! Whether its a fun pool environment, a relaxed quiet space, or a hub for professionals. Im tellin ya, I know the place that will meet your needs!

Like I said previously, this is 100% free  and the reason its free is because the complexes pay me a finders fee. All they require is that I schedule any tours for you (which I can join if you'd like!) and that you put my name down as the locator on your application when we find the one!
